Parents' guide to Spore - A parent’s guide to the intergalactic follow-up to The Sims

Famous game designer Will Wright, who has worked on such well-loved, commercially successful titles as The Sims, created the long-awaited game, published by Electronic Arts and developed by a subsidiary called Maxis. The full version of Spore will be available at stores on September 7th. A trial version focused on making and creating custom critters, called the Spore Creature Creator, is also on the market. The Creature Creator includes a five dollar rebate on Spore, as well as the ability to import creatures made in the program into the world the player experiences in the full Spore game. Additionally, players can upload, download, and share custom creations with other Spore fans online.
