Let's get this out of the way: Wii Fit does work. Why wouldn't it? It's based on time-trued exercises. Stuff like doing sit-ups, push-ups and jogging.

It really does work too!
I was able to get much trimmer from the very basic exercises!
Its wicked!
Wii Fit is a wonderful game but you need to follow a daily routine to keep your body healthy.
